Based out of Honolulu, Hawaii, Savvy Coordination offers services to  all Hawaiian Islands and the remaining United States.  Savvy Coordination is a full service wedding planning and event coordination company.  No event is too large or too small; Every event receives our utmost attention.  Here at Savvy Coordination, we are privileged to be a part of our clients events, whether it be a destination wedding for 2 or a grand affair for 1000.  It is truly our passion to create flawless memories as well as relationships with our clients for years to come.
 
 
 

Richard and Jennifer have been working as a team on events for four years. Though, collectively they have twenty-eight years of experience with Richard's seventeen and Jennifer's eleven. Richard started out in the industry with a small company "Table Talk" and since landed himself at the Hilton Hawaiian Village in beautiful Waikiki. Jennifer got her first taste in the industry through a family run restaurant where she headed up the catering aspect of the business. From there Jennifer took an Event Manager position with the Hilton Anchorage in Alaska which soon launched her to the Hilton Hawaiian Village. There she remained until Richard and Jennifer founded Savvy Coordination. 

Together they form the ideal partnership for planning with their unique strengths that complement each other. Richard brings his vast event knowledge to the table along with his innovative designs and concepts combined with a good work ethic. He enjoys the challenge of meeting every clients expectations to the fullest. From concept to reality, Richard prides himself in making each event a memorable success.

Jennifer's top attributes are her impeccable attention to detail and an uncanny ability to organize. Combine that with her passion for seeing her client's visions transpire and the result is a unique and seamless event. By starting off in a restaurant atmosphere, Jennifer perfected the ability to connect and understand each of her clients. Ensuring all of our clients receive personal and professional attention is her mission statement. With this being said, Jennifer takes on every facet of an event with a savviness all her own.
When not planning events Richard and Jennifer enjoy spending time with their children in beautiful east Oahu. Richard being from the islands and Jennifer coming from Alaska creates a love for the outdoors that is passed on to the children. As a family they enjoy being involved in the community and giving back whenever possible.
